Our Process

Lockerbeans Ingredients:  Spirits, Vanilla Beans, Patience.  
Making vanilla products with great flavor and high quality isn't rocket-science. 

We use choice beans that are sourced from Tahiti and Madagascar with a proprietary blend of spirits.   
Those with trained senses will enjoy the dark sweet buttery aromas, with hints of a subtle cherry-chocolate licorice and caramel flavor.  The beans are processed with care using the special 'Lockerbeans' method to ensure maximum flavor extraction. The flavor-melding process utilizes correctly processed beans stored in just the right mix of spirits for around 6 months.  

The end result is a hand-crafted vanilla extract that you will want to use in all your baking, drinks, and recipes!
